Body Electric Workshop - A Taste of Body Erotic for Women and Gender Expansive People

Are you Body Electric curious?

You may have heard about Body Electric, a trusted pioneer in embodiment education. This introductory experience, A Taste of the Body Erotic for Women, is a great first hand entry point. This event is for women, non-binary, trans, intersex, and two-spirited people of all sexual orientations and gender expressions who feel belonging in women's spaces.

In this three-hour workshop, we will:

Establish a solid container of respectful communication, consent and boundaries.

We will explore the power of facilitated breath, touch, and movement. We will look to the embodied wisdom that lives within each and every one of us and call on that wisdom to support our authentic, unapologetic existence.

You will connect with other like-minded explorers to discover how the work of the Body Electric School can help you learn more about your erotic energy and support a full, joyful life.

This work is appropriate for all people who feel called to go deeper into a journey of personal growth.
