Out of respect for those who have lost their lives and all those impacted by the tragic and senseless events in Lewiston, EqualityMaine and the Equality Community Center have made the decision to cancel The Great Pumpkin Ball. The event was to take place at the State Theatre on Saturday, October 28th.

Our hearts are heavy, and we feel this decision is best for our entire community from both a safety and security perspective as well as out of respect for our friends, family and neighbors in Lewiston. We thank you for your support of our organizations.

For those who have purchased tickets, refunds can be requested from the point of purchase (Ticketmaster or State Theatre Box Office), or you can donate your ticket purchase to EqualityMaine and the Equality Community Center.  If you choose to donate your ticket cost, no additional action is needed.
