The Maine Track Club will be hosting their annual Longfellow Frostbite 2.5K in downtown Portland, starting and ending right here at the ECC. All proceeds from the race will support our capital campaign to build affordable housing for LGBTQ+ older adults, their families and allies.

Celebrate the 216th birthday of Portland, Maine's No. 1 bard, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow, with a 2.5K in any way you'd like from anywhere in the world. Run, walk, swim! And new this year, there are registration categories for non-binary members of our community and teams!

Volunteers Needed:

In order for the race to happen, a team of 25 street flaggers is needed to keep Congress St. traffic-free. Volunteers will need to arrive at the ECC at 8am on the morning of the race and will be done by 9:30!
